This review is written in honest opinion. Servers have were swift and were quite attentive, they were gentle handling my food. The entertainment was chosen well and my kids liked to watch the creativity of the music videos. I felt very welcomed and the quiet was very enjoyable, the decoration and architecture was very well built and the style gave a cozy atmosphere. This will get a five star review because those reasons were true. The beer was also very good, the food was great and very well constructed with flavor. Thank you for welcoming us with this restaurant, this will be a great recombination if you are looking for a good Mexican restaurant in Chicago!

We decided to eat here after a day at the lake, thinking we would take a chance on a restaurant we’ve never been to before, but what an L to that decision. Our service was alert, I didn’t like how the waiter was touching my menu (Menu was laying flat on the table) to explain the menu to me. Please keep your hands off of the table unless you’re grabbing my finished plate. The food was over seasoned; tasted alright at best. The worst thing that occurred from the evening was the fact my girlfriend was profusely vomiting from the meal this past evening. She is a doctor and now feels terrible going into the office. I will not recommend going here. The atmosphere feels like a college bar which brought back memories, but still you’re at Navy Pier, act like it.

Not very knowledgeable about Gluten Free options. So if you have an allergy/celiac it’s not a good option. Staff was friendly but not attentive, so keep that in mind since they attach an automatic 18% tip. Their drinks however are very good

We stopped on the way to the beach for a snack, drink, and take out for a picnic on the beach. The drinks were amazing but we waited 20 minutes for any kind of service. Had to ask more than once to order while the server (didn’t give us his name) sat at the bar on his phone the entire time, he got our drink order wrong and had an attitude when asked to correct it. The tortillas on a $20 enchilada plate are hard and stale. We had no eating utensils in our to go order and we’re charged an 18% auto gratuity on take out even tho their menu states only on dine in. I work in the service industry in downtown Chicago and I am extremely disgusted with this entire experience. Currently staring at my $120 food on the beach and going to just have to throw it away. Never again. It’s sad such a prime time location is failing its owners. BE BETTER

We went to eat there on a Wednesday at 2 pm. When we were seat, there were only two other tables being used. We placed our order and it took over an hour to get our food. The portions were small, the burger I ordered was lack luster. A slider patty on a full sized bun. Will not return.

This was a last second decision as we were headed to Navy Pier but got caught by a rain storm on the way. No fault of the server, but I put it on the owner/manager that about everything we 1st ordered they were out of. And, geez, turn the thumping music down! It’s a restaurant, not a club! And tip is automatically added, so be careful not to double tip! And it being automatic instead of earning it, says a lot!
