Family and I went to an ice cream place in Wappepello. After waiting over 20 minutes for someone to take our order, we got up to pay for our shakes and leave. I inquired as to why we were completely ignored, and was met with the BS excuse that they were understaffed. With 4 people in the kitchen, and 3 on the floor, it was simply a bold faced lie. Horrible customer service.
