The green salsa is delicious. The chips are crunchy and not greasy. The (torta) carnitas were fried like they should be with very minimal fat. The shrimp had spice and flavor. The pork chops were not dry at all. The food is delicious. Good service.

I have visited this place multiple times and unfortunately, the quality of service seems to be deteriorating each time. Yesterday, I dined with three other people and our experience was quite disappointing. From the moment we were seated, our waitress appeared to be annoyed. To avoid any language barriers, I decided to place our orders in Spanish. However, she forgot one of our salsa orders and two of our side dishes. When we reminded her of the missing items, she just walked away without acknowledging us. Furthermore, she didn’t check on us throughout the meal and we had to wait for more than 25 minutes for the bill. Since the bill never arrived, we had to go to the front counter to pay for our food. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good customer service. I definitely recommend the Claremont location over this one.

First time at this location, not good. Went with 8 friends for dinner. Served chips & salsa and waitress took our orders. Offered separate checks I ordered carnitas plate. meat was very fatty couldn’t eat half of it. When we asked for more chips and salsa with dinner, waitress said each bowl of chips was $2. Didn’t hear the price for salsa. No salsa with your Mexican food? Waited forever for our checks. When I finally paid I was happy to leave. There is another location in Claremont that has amazing carnitas. Great manager there also. They have separate room where he allowed or book Club to meet no charge. We ordered food and drinks of course. Go to Claremont Casa Jimenez! Not Glendora
