They are busy most of the time and wait times for food are long at times only because they also do a tremendous amount of to go orders. So if your expecting to have fast food then go someplace else’s. We love the family that owns the restaurant! They are a great family. Food is always amazing! We always have great service.

The food was wonderful. my son even enjoyed there Cheese Burger (sliders FYI). The gravy on my burrito was super tasty. The shredded chicken was good and had great flavor. My wife loved her Crispy Taco, she said the rice was fluffy and ate more then ever. It was a bit dark inside, my wife and her parents could hardly read the menus.

Food was delicious BUT I wont be back because the service was really slow and awkward. There were 2 waiters and maybe half a dozen tables place wasnt that busy. We waited a while to order and get our food. Server never came back to see how the food was or if we needed anything else. They brought us 1tortilla for 3 people.they didnt bring the check so I went to pay at the counter and I didn’t leave a tip because I didn’t think it was deserved. My Server cashed me out and looks at the receipt and tells me “tips not included”. Ive never had someone say that to me before. So uncomfortable. If they were concerned about receiving a tip they should’ve been more attentive. I asked for a receipt and they struggled for minutes to print me one out. Maybe some more training for the wait staff is in order.

Friday night, took almost an hour to get the food. Had to flag somebody down to order more drinks. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. Men’s restroom didn’t have any hand soap at the beginning, notified staff and there was still no hand soap after an hour and a half. I heard this place was great, sadly it didn’t live up to expectations. I doubt I’ll be back.

We went to have dinner last night, and the service was absolutely horrible!!! We were seated, ordered drinks, and after we got our drinks we ordered our food, and then proceeded to sit there waiting for 45 minutes while the waitress walked by us countless times without refilling our drinks or telling us sorry for the wait. So Finally we left. DO BETTER CASA FLORES!!!!
