I had a great experience at this small business owned restaurant. The owners who are immigrants to the US, bring a variety of flavors with their tapas and Mediterranean selections of food and drinks. The staff is very welcoming, the cooks work hard to ensure a quality meal, the prices for food and drinks are reasonable and worth every penny! If you’re visiting Las Vegas, take the drive down to Boulder City, to try this restaurant, while also exploring the town outside of the strip. I look forward to my next trip to this restaurant when I come back to visit!

My heart is always warmed by the sight of small businesses where the owner not only runs their venture with professionalism, but also with a palpable passion. This restaurant is a beacon of such an ethos, setting a stellar example of how every entrepreneur should operate.

Absolutely wonderful meal! The restaurant is beautiful, such a great space and ambiance. Staff were all very talkative and cheerful, and Eligio, the owner, made us feel like family. The food was AMAZING! Every single bite was delicious. We tried 8 dishes and would happily eat them all again. Our favorite was the homemade chorizo empanadas, perfectly cooked; light, crispy outside, incredible flavor packed filling on the inside. Hands down, the best empanadas we’ve ever had. They were divine! We finished with the Leche Frita dessert, and it was a heavenly way to complete a magnificent meal. My compliments to the chef! I’m very excited to return in the future and highly recommend trying Casa Don Quixote as soon as possible.

Simply, bravo! We have gone twice to Casa Don Quixote and tried half of the menu, everything is delicious. The welcoming and the way the owner Eligio takes care of the customers is very unique and personalized. We will continue coming back and enjoying this restaurant in the future. Moroccan Merguez for appetizer paired with the house wine and Leche Frita for dessert are highly recommended.

What an amazing restaurant and an absolute gem in Boulder city. Having lived in Spain in my younger years, it’s so refreshing to see authentic Spanish Mediterranean cuisine in the United States. Everything was done with attention to detail and authentic. If you enjoy tasting menus, Tapas, good wine and quality rather than quantity this is a must visit. Enjoy a leisurely dinner at a relaxed pace with a gregarious and attentive owner. You won’t be disappointed. It really is cuisine done with love from start to finish.

Every bite was incredible! We ordered the asparagus with prosciutto, the steak, the porchetta and the flan. We were blown away by the flavor and quality. I haven’t had chimichurri that delicious since I lived in Argentina. The owner is kind, the atmosphere is relaxing.
