What a great hidden gem! We love this place. Beautiful! Cozy! Romantic! Exceptional food! Fresh ingredients! Great decor! White and Blue decorations! Don’t let the strip mall location fool you. This is one classy restaurant! They also have gluten free and vegetarian options! Many dishes they can accommodate special requests! The waiter was enchanting and endearing!

Ordered medium rare filet mignon without any sauces. It is served well done… sent it back while everyone else at table was eating. Flagged server down who said they would take off bill. He returned with a steak now raw in center. Did not send back again. Got bill and only $15 taken off for a $41 meal. Complained to owner who made no sense whatsoever ever. He acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about and our fault. Needless to say we will never return.

5-star authentic Italian food in Tampa! This is our go-to Italian restaurant — it has a cozy, upscale atmosphere and their service is always extremely attentive (shoutout to George and Peppe!!). They have an extensive menu with fresh handmade pasta and delicious ingredients, and innovative specials. The veal scallopine with the handmade fettuccine is my go-to — the best fettuccine I’ve ever had! 100% recommend if you are in the area and looking for quality Italian!

The food was delicious. Our entrees were fettuccine primavera, lasagna, seafood pasta and veal Marsala and every dish was fantastic. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was charming. Maxwell was our server and not only was he outstanding he was cute too!! I highly recommend Casa Cosenza.

We enjoyed dinner so much at this place. The waiter knew the menu and ingredients very well and his recommendations were spot on. The best thing for me was that they use fresh and imported things from Italy and make their own fresh pasta. I had the best pasta al pesto and the fettuccini primavera was fresh and delicious. The seafood dish with home-made ravioli was great too!
