The first thing I will say, is they plate thier food very well. They say you eat with your eyes first, and your palate second. The waiter was very good. Food was flavorful and there was plenty of it. All in all a nice experience.

We used to love Casa Bella’s but after last nights meal I’ll think twice before going back. Ordered mozzarella to start and it was cold in the center.. sent it back. Ordered chicken francaise which was delicious however I ordered pasta on the side with sauce and received pasta swimming in what I think was francaise sauce with shredded carrots and something else on top. When I asked it to be redone with sauce as asked it was returned with what looked like the same dish with sauce on top: the reason I say that it because there were lots of the carrots in it and the sauce on the mozzarella did not have any Carrots. Drinks were good and my husbands fish special was also good. The rolls were warm and delicious too. Maybe it was the new waitress that miss understood what I asked for as far as the pasta goes… I knew she was new because she reached over my husbands plate to fill his water instead of walking around the high back table and kept asking another waitress advice each time we sent food back.

I’m only giving three stars not because of the food which is good. Not great Italian food but it’s good. But because I brought my family in to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. I told the waitress why we were there. At the end of the meal, she brought over the dessert menu and I mentioned again that this was for my mom‘s 90th birthday and she said you just need to order a dessert off of the menu which I had no problem doing. She brought the dessert and never mentioned anything about it being her birthday. Never said happy birthday, or put a candle on the desert or sang happy birthday, so that was very disappointing . I had brought my son in there for his birthday a couple of months ago and they made such a big deal about it. the staff people came over and sang happy birthday but nothing for my mother. The waitress was nice enough, but the place was so hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working good enough because she was sweating terribly which was kind of gross. Like I said, the food was OK, but I was more upset that my 90 year old mother wasn’t acknowledged in the waitress again, not being her fault, but she was sweating as a result of it being way too hot in there.

Aren’t loyalty programs supposed to reward customer loyalty?!?!?Last night was my third time going to this restaurant in the last 6 weeks since my first visit there. I liked it so much the first time, I came back two more times with various people. It wasn’t until last night that I saw there was a loyalty program as it was on the television in the bar, where I’d never sat before. I asked about it and went to the hostess station to sign up. I asked if I was able to show my credit card statements from the last visits if they could give me the points and was told they could. When I finished my meal I brought my receipt (the enter your point manually) and my credit card statements on my phone. I was told by the very rude woman at the counter that they couldn’t do that because they had no way of going back and I should have signed up sooner! She then informed me that she was the owner and has no idea why the hostess told me they would do that.

My family tried this restaurant for the first time and had an all around excellent experience. The food, service and atmosphere were top notch. Bring your appetite the portions are very generous. We started with calamari and eggplant fries, followed by veal parm, chicken Francaise, buffalo chicken pizza and scallop florentine. We were all very pleased and look forward to coming back again soon!!

Overpriced mediocre food. No online order, and my call-in was received with an annoyed attitude. I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca. 2 pieces of very thin chicken, not worth $23. The spinach had a couple of pieces of plastic in it. The flavors were not bad but hard to get over the plastic and portion to price.

absolutely blown away at our first time dinning experience here. from the amazing flavorful food to the crafty yummy cocktails and wine and our sweet server allison; it was all outstanding! from one restaurant industry workers to another I will definitely recommend casa bella to all my customers, see ya soon!

Average, franchise-style Italian food, think Olive Garden but costs more. I was expecting something unique. Servers are busy often but we were ignored. Bus people or helpers should be filling water glasses. The servers are busy elsewhere.
