This was our first time at Carver’s Steakhouse and we were very pleased. Our server, Brooklyn, was extremely nice and helpful. The service was quick and efficient. The lobster bisque was very good and our steaks were prepared just right and large enough to share. The live entertainment was also very good. A pleasant mix of songs and not so loud as to drown out conversation. A very pleasant experience.

This establishment is absolutely incredible. Atmosphere is a 10, staff/service is a 10, food breaks the scale. The prime rib just melts in your mouth. Shrimp and chicken is on point, too. Sooooo good. Price isn’t bad at all, very reasonable.

Just Meh. Watched the host, and two servers debate for 2 minutes who would actually serve us. Service was extremely slow. *don’t think it was necessarily the server. Confusion over drinks and who was responsible. Refills were slow, food was even slower (50 minutes from order to table). Pricing is pretty high for quality of food. Food was decent quality though. A smallish sirloin for $21 was the better option than a $48 ribeye.

We were seated in a dark corner, waiter spilled a mixed drink down my mother-in-laws back. They remade the appetizer bc the their crab cakes fell apart. The medium steak I ordered came out well done. Never saw a manager at all.

Our of all the restaurants we ate at, except chains of restaurants in this area, we did not find anything to come even close to this place: even the ‘canteen type’ of places charge high prices because of the tourists.

Went there for the first time in a while. It is a little short on ambiance. The onion rings were very good and way more than we could eat. We both had the burger. They were both cooked perfectly and an extremely good value. We saw several steaks served and they looked great. There was a couple next to us that ordered the bread pudding desert, they did not particularly like it. It looked fantastic. But I don’t care for bread pudding. Chocolate brownie would be great.

We sat at the bar. The Bartender was so sweet and fun. The Chef came out several times to check on how we were liking everything and the Manager even stopped by to say hi. The food was amazing. The drinks were so yummy (almost too smooth 🙂 they will definitely get you in trouble) My husband loved the rack of lamb, best lamb he has ever had in his opinion. I felt the crab cakes were the best part of my meal. So incredibly good. However, we both agreed that the fried calamari was by far the star of the meal. We will be back in the fall and we will 100% go back to Carver’s.

House wine was good….bread was delicious…the server was very nice……the cook needs a meat thermometer to get the meat right….salmon was raw…sent it back…came back still way undercooked. If those garlic mashed potatoes were not instant potatoes out of a box they missed their calling. For the price the food was a zero. I feel like they should have paid me to eat there. Don’t eat here. But the bread was outstanding!!!!!!!!!

My family & I traveled from Louisiana with the expectations of eating here our last night. They explained they were out of a lot food choices but we chose to stay. The waiter spilled drink on my Mom, bypassed our table several times then got my order wrong. The service was horrible BUT the manager compensated for our loss and also waited our table. I must say the hostess and the manager saved our night. If it wasn’t for them it would have been a HORRIBLE experience. But the atmosphere and the food was a 10/10
