Food was good, but there was a limited menu. Noah our server was great, but there were only one or maybe two servers. 90% of the tables were not sat and there was a 25 minute wait even though I only saw two tables with guests. Fairly odd. Once we got the food it was good and hot. My burger was overdone, but the fries were hot and crispy.

Waitress was very nice, but it took 20 minutes for drinks & over an hour for food. We were only 1 of 3 tables so they were not busy at all. Seems there is not enough staff. I’m disappointed in the food. Almost a whole container of pepper on our fries. Tots were dripping in grease and all stuck together as a ball. My potstickers were hard & were like biting into a ball of salt. The soy sauce had half an inch of salt added. My daughter used 2 hands to bite and pull the chicken, it was very rubbery. Food was not hot. Very expensive for food that was not good. Spent $60 plus tip for the 3 of us. Only giving 2 stars for the waitress and character meet.

Honestly, if I could give it negative stars, I would everything is overpriced, took insanely too long, considering no one else is there the servers don’t check in on you take forever to come to your table, drop your food and bring your check almost immediately. Literally eat anywhere else. The kids pizza wasn’t even cooked through and my $16 burger was a pathetic excuse for food.

First- The atmosphere and decor is fun and immersive with all the fun of Cartoon Network. Don’t miss the action in the “kitchen”.

As a hotel guest taking in the whole CN experience, my family enjoyed a fun dinner overall. Our 6 year old had a blast watching the cartoon characters “make chaos in the kitchen” as advertised. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Two costumed characters came through the dining room too. Being a Sunday night, business was slower and number of staff matched it but service pace was okay.

40 minute wait but only 4 tables were filled the whole night. Definitely short staffed. Typical limited menu and high prices for a “hotel” restaurant. My food was okay. But two of our four plates were bad. Also it was FREEZING in there. Please just go to one of the many surrounding restaurants nearby.

So it was food.. but the incorrect dishes arrived and they arrived very fast tasting like a few hours in a chafing dish.

They told us they didn’t have enough staff on to serve us and we would be better off going somewhere else. While waiting two families walked out and the family behind us sat themselves. The hostess said she was too young to argue with the waitress and that there was not a manger on duty. We wanted to eat there because we were staying at the hotel.

A very fun place to be at , the service was great , people were friendly and always were making sure the kids were having fun. Kids absolutely loved the vr and loved Avery showing them how to do it!

Food wasn’t bad. Restaurant was clean and well kept. I’m giving two stars because they include tip in your bill (20% for the buffet) but don’t mention it, then also have the normal add-tip option when you sign for your credit card, effectively tipping twice if you don’t notice the trick.
