I was sitting at home and decided that I wanted a good burger from Carters. Well I called them and I was going to ask if they were closed or still open. Whoever answered the phone had a nasty attitude and before I could ask anything she rudely stated that they were closed. I was still polite and was trying to say ok thank you. This lady just yells ok bye while I’m talking and hangs up the phone. Y’all are rude and non professional. Carters needs to have their employees take a course on professionalism, respect, and being courteous because everybody in that establishment doesn’t know the first thing about good customer service.

My favorite part about traveling for work is visiting off the beaten trail towns/cities and their home restaurants. This place was awesome. Great chicken, good fries, awesome potato salad, but the best part of all was the staff. Very friendly, informative of menu, and over all just nice people. I will and have come back for their hospitality when I pass through town.

I order a chicken salad plate and six piece tender dinner, what I got was a small fried chicken salad. When I called to let them know I received the wrong thing. I was told I was put down for a chef salad, when I let her know I didn’t even receive a chef salad as it was fried chicken. She said yea that’s a chef salad, I said no ma’am a chef salad is ham/turkey. Almost 20 dollars for two things and didn’t even get what I ordered and was talked to nasty and like I was dumb.

My family would drive from Ludowici just to eat here. Everything is awesome. Homemade burgers with a great taste. We no longer live in Georgia but I think about this place all the time. Great food. Definitely recommend.

Always good hot chicken served up pretty fast at a fair price. When you need a chicken box in a hurry to chew on while traveling on down the road, this is the place to stop at. They have other food items that are just as good.

I would also give 0 stars if I could. My family has ate there a total of three times (all to go orders). The first two times the chicken was dry and overcooked and we didn’t get rolls with our order. Tonight we decided to give it another try. Well the chicken was finally a little decent, but our rolls had MOLD on them!!!! My family will not eat at Carter’s Fried Chicken in Patterson ever again!!!
