You would think the prime rib would be the star of the show but it wasn’t. You can absolutely tell the ingredients are locally sourced, and the brussels stole the show with the house salad and shrimpies coming in close second.

The family decided to try Carson’s to celebrate a birthday with a party of 8. Overall it was a great experience. The service was spot on. No complaints here. We started with the calamari and tuna tostada which were both great. A few of the dinners included the shrimp gnocchi that was overcooked and boring. However, the cedar plank salmon, the ribeye and the parmesan crusted whitefish were all fantastic. Gotta say its solid food overall.

Even though it was happy hour you have to sit in the lounge/bar area.. one section over, which is crazy, to get the price for apps and drinks. The server was good. Food average but was prepared correctly for special order. Just won’t make another special trip for it.

The restaurant was very noisy when we arrived. There was a table of 8 – 10 people that were very loud. We were sat within one booth of them. Made it hard for us to converse with each other and the waitress.

Pulled up to Carson for an early dinner. The last time I dined at Carsons was probably two summers ago. It was really good back then. They have one of the best happy hours in town and the food is delicious. We started with the nashville hot chicken bites and Brussel sprouts which were both very tasty. For dinner I had the nashville fried chicken and Macaroni and cheese. My wife had beef stroganoff. Both were absolutely delicious. I will definitely recommend putting Carsons in your rotation. The service, atmosphere, and food were top notch.

The atmosphere is nice and so are the ladies working there. I ordered the shrimp bruchetta which was sloppily drenched in a bland sauce w/ a long piece of hair on my cheese toast. The waitress and manager went above and beyond to attempt to rectify the situation….cooking staff obviously needs to wear hair nets. My co-woker ordered a gluten-free salad which wasn’t and she had a reaction. I wouldn’t return or recommend.

Atmosphere is nice. Service sucked. Took forever for our server to initially make contact. When did, I didn’t even realize he was our server. I thought he was the busboy helping get water. No proper introduction, I had to ask for his name.

We go to the doctor’s office right down the road from this restaurant. Wanted to have a little lunch date with my wife and this was a great choice. Little more than I anticipated for a lunch. But with what they give us, it was fantastic and well worth it. They had great customer service status quickly. The food came out promptly and tasted well. I will return to this place
