I am beyond disappointed with the level of service I didn’t receive while going to this location yesterday. Usually I go to the Aventura location, the customer service is outstanding as well as the food. Zero complaints! But in Weston, when I walked in I held the door for two girls behind me. I was first in line to place my order, I waited at the counter and the guy standing there Sebastian saw all of us walk in, did not greet me at all or even acknowledge me. Walked around the counter to where the two girls went to sit at and started cleaning the table off for them. Still no acknowledgment. I stood there like am I invisible? Maria who was so nice saw, and what it seemed like she was on her lunch break eating, she was about to stop and help me when she saw but by then I was so turned off and disappointed, I walked out. I’m not sure how this location provides customer service but I’m highly disappointed. Completely lost my appetite. Not sure how the food is at this location either. I really wanted to give them a second chance, because maybe it was just him, but that completely rubbed me the wrong way. Carrot express has multiple locations and Aventura has NEVER disappointed. Hopefully this location can learn from this and maybe if you try it you have a better welcome than I did. Good luck!

Very bad salads. My daughter and I ordered salads (Ceaser for her and Brussels Prout for me) and both were super dry and leathery. I took mine back, and had to debate with the counter person, my daughter ate about a third of hers. I would ovoid the “fresh” salads here. My wife, though, enjoyed her Homemade Veggie burger. It did look quite good. So that’s the 2-stars. Zero for both salads. Smoothie (strawberry paradise) was also reported by my daughter to be fairly flavorless and watery. Maybe try a better – Healthy – place.

The food is good and fresh but it’s pricey considering the size of the portions that are not that big. What really bothers me and it’s actually not right is the tip option that shows up on the screen when you order and pay at the establishment, the first thing you see is to add a tip starting at 18% with two other options even higher. This is not a restaurant so I’m trying to understand why do they expect a tip if you are ordering to take out? Just for cooking your meal and putting it in a container??? The price of the meals are already high so prompting the customers to add a tip is actually inconsiderate and not right. There is an option to add your own tip or not tip but again the first thing that you see is the set percentages that the system has starting at 18%.
