I was surprised to see my chicken parmigiana served without Mariana sauce or spaghetti. The chicken was so dry I had to ask the server for some after my first bite. She was very nice and brought me some. I failed to look to see if I was charged for it. It would have been nice if the manager asked if everything was good. She/he wasn’t walking the tables like many restaurants.

It was a pleasant dinner experience, Diane was our hostess she was excellent in making our lives easier for just a couple of hours . The food was average, the Soup of the day Saugage Lentil was very good tasty. My wife had an appetizer for an entrée the Special Seafood Salad. I had the House Salad with grilled Shrimp and Scallops. The Dessert was the ☺️

7/21/23, almost 1.2 minute waiting at front door, place was empty, bartender came out from stocking bar to seat us and take our order. Did not see any other wait staff. Roof planters under construction outside. Good food with a nice atmosphere. 5/22 We always share a meal as portion are a bit larger than we can eat. Chicken picata is really good. Service this stop was good.

My meal was good, my wife’s however was very undercooked which the restaurant handled by removing it from the bill, (steak ordered medium well delivered to table closer to medium rare) truly a good veterinarian could of brought it back. The biggest issue was the condescending flip waitress, who spoke over us while we were ordering didn’t listen to our answers to her questions and literally threw the check on the table. If that’s the staffing Bloomin Brands is shooting for I wish them well because they have lost my patronage at ALL of there venues.

Carrabba’s in the early afternoon on Sunday..awesome..not crowded..which gave our server Cody more time to just be there and do all he could to make our meal enjoyable and was great about checking in us without being overbearing… food started with my favorite the bread and olive oil with seasoning..delicious” hot fresh..and came out quickly..drinks ordered and easy to place..( The bar didn’t have a couple simple liquors but no fault of our server and what we had was still tasty. .. rum & coke and a White Russian. Tasty.. we started with a couple apps. The medley mix..” stuffed mushrooms *yum” the mozzarella sticks with marinara and calamari with marinara. All delicious…2nd app was the caprese salad..mozzarella with baby tomatoes: fresh basil and a drizzle ( which I could had enjoyed more of..very tasty) then after that we enjoyed along with out bread delicious salads. Mine a Ceasar Salad. The 2nd a regular salad with ranch Parmisian dressing..I thought tasted great..and then lastly our delicious entre.. lobster ravioli..delicious ” what made it better. Was nothing was rushed and sitting at the table all done at once. Thank you to the kitchen and definitely our server Cody..also a great perk was having a DINE account” which is for the sibling restaurants as well..an opportunity to earn freebies or money off. I had the nice privilege of having a $10 dollar off meal coupon.. that was nice and earned more for out next dinner out… the bathrooms were clean ” stocked and it was a nice quiet repreve from moat visits where it’s loud and can be hectic… service A+ ..food great..and account opportunities nice..as well as having plenty to take back and enjoy later..which I did.. thank you for a nice experience I’ll definitely be back ..and to the server..it was made nice because of the great service.. I’d highly recommend checking them out and go when it’s not so busy..you’ll thank yourself and enjoy even more”””

2020 Good Italian chain restaurant with good service. I had the lasagna, which had good flavor. The disappointment was that it wasn’t that big of a serving for $17. I would have expected to be stuffed after dinner and that want the case. I think for a chain Olive garden has better portions. The garlic rosemary fries were only ok. They could have been hotter, however they had I good amount of parmesan cheese on them. I sat at the bar and the server was good not great and they weren’t that busy. She did allow me to sub the fries for a salad which was great. I will come back again next year when I am in Florida because it’s good comfort food at a mostly reasonable price. I was disappointed that they didn’t have Coors light on tap, however very few places here in Southwest Florida do.
