Food arrived quickly, looked amazing then we tasted. Lentil and sausage soup was loaded with salt. Scallops and shrimp we’re cooked to perfection except they too were smothered in salt to the point where they were not going down without tea. Unfortunately we could not really complain as our waitress did not come back. Spent 15 minutes without tea in my glass. Asked for our waitress and after 5 minutes I asked for the manager. Billy shows up with Sheri V, our waitress. Billy says he will get us some more tea, I said bring my check instead. He left, no apologies, nothing at all. Sheri did bring the check and finally said sorry. Billy was very unprofessional to the point of being rude. On the plus side the hostesses were nice. Stay away folks!!

My husband & I have been to several wine pairing dinners here, and they are amazing. The manager & staff are friendly, the food is great, and we’ve met fun people. On other occasions, this location doesn’t have as much of a wait like the one in the North Area does so we always get seated quickly and awesome service. Definitely recommend!

Our lunch was excellent and very delicious! This was my first time at Carrabba’s and I was impressed. The food was fresh and hot. Seasoning was done right and wasn’t overpowering. Service was spot on. It sure bets Olive Garden any day.

Craving that Italian need?! Hands down, this is an excellent choice! The food quality and customer service is great! The food was prepared, to order. It was delivered, within a very reasonable time. The portions were just right and left me satisfied. The quality of food is the best part! If I’m spending more money, for my meals, I expect this type of quality. It’s perfect for a decent meal or a great date night! Go out there and give them a try! I’m sure you’ll be satisfied and become a repeat customer!

First and last time here. I the pastas were watery. My husband is vegetarian and so he ordered a vegetarian pasta, for some ODD reason, shrimp ended up in his food. I ordered a seafood pasta…. So did they cook both in the same pan. Well, your server Philip said that mine must’ve gotten mixed with his. DO YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND HOW DANGEROUS THAT IS. there’s no way that can be true. There’s no way he could’ve been serious. What if my husband had a shellfish allergy. My goodness. How disappointing…. My husband continued to eat his meal no problem, then ended up finding other miscellaneous things in his food. By then we were grossed out, paid our bill and left. If you go there and Philip is your server , GOOD LUCK. He was super dry and short. Didn’t care to serve my daughter a drink in a kids cup, actually didn’t care to bring my daughter a drink at all. Didn’t care to explain the menu or tell us it was pizza and wine Wednesday, I found out after I ordered food. Philip was arrogant and obviously not made for the service industry.

My food was classic, consistently good, but ANDREA the waitress in Mount Pleasant SC, was AMAZING. She was hustling so fast, so professional and one of the nicest people I have EVER met. I would go to any restaurant over and over if all the waitresses were like her. My dining experience was such a treat with her sweet manner and gracefulness. Well spoken and so kind!!

Went with my girlfriend and her father was a great dinner. Unfortunately we had 1 entree that came out wrong and they apologized completely and immediately offered to cook the right dish and it came out wonderful. I was blown away when they generously took her meal off the bill. Worked food and beverage for years and that’s what you look for when deciding where to go. Was a great Friday night dinner!!!

I have always loved their food and have been satisfied with their prices until tonight. I have a 3 month old daughter and the hostesses didn’t even bother to open the doors for us upon entry or departing. The waitress took my husbands order in which he ordered a medium rare sirloin and it took them 3 times to make it to the right temperature. In honor of my dads birthday we ordered him a complimentary dessert and they billed us for it. I love food but I must say this food is not worth the service it comes with.
