My mom used to have a baking service so I’m pretty picky about my pastries. But at carousel of delights, there is always a new treat to try and it is always delicious! The tarts are amazing and if it has raspberries in it just get it, it’s gonna be awesome. She also does catering. Her shop is so cute, it’s overall a great place to stop in for sweets or something new.

We didn’t have a bad thing at all. In fact, nothing was short of amazing. The tarts were delicious, my favorite being the chocolate espresso one! The owner and server the day my wife was there is amazing and nice and really hard working. This is a small business who will definitely get our support and we plan on telling everyone else about it!

My husband and I stop in a couple of times a month to get a good selection of desserts. The macarons are delicious, with the fruit flavors being my favorites (strawberry, mango, peach, banana). The fresh fruit on a cookie, the fruit tarts and fruit parfaits are also wonderful. The owner is always very friendly and today, she had not quite finished making the peach and white chocolate flavored macarons, which we were interested in, and she offered to go back and finish them for us, as we were willing to wait. She also offered to make a hazelnut cream puff just for me, when the ones on display were chocolate or vanilla (I think) because she had the pastries and the hazelnut cream available to put one together for me. The only time I have ever been even slightly disappointed was when we went late in the day on a Saturday, near closing time, and so many things had been sold out. Not that that’s a bad thing but, earlier is better for a larger selection, especially on a Saturday with them being closed on Sundays and Mondays.

My daughter celebrated her 8th birthday here with a “cupcake war” themed party. The girls had a blast and everything was very hands on, to them choosing what flavors to make, using the mixers, finding the ingredients. Alice was wonderful with the kids!

I bought a lemon tart thinking I would eat half and save the rest for my boyfriend… it was definitely 100% gone before I even got home. It was the perfect balance of sweet and tart, and the blueberries on top were a delicious bonus!

I had a cookie with raspberries in the middle and some sort of maybe mascarpone on top? It was amazing. I wish the lemon tart with a little more lemony but the chocolate was good.

Incredible Macarons, you won’t believe it until you try them! I tried every flavor and espresso was my favorite, but the chocolate one will of course be the safest bet.
