We had breakfast and the food was amazing! My husband got a ham steak and biscuits and gravy. I got the country fried steak and my son had the pancake. It was delicious home cooked breakfast. The gravy was the best I’ve had at a restaurant and the ham steak was an actual bone in ham steak. Would HIGHLY recommend. My 6 year old said “we need to come here for breakfast on all our road trips.”

We had loved Naples Cafe and hoped Carol’s Kitchen would be similar. Unfortunately I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant than I did here. We sat down and it was over an hour before we had gotten our food. There was one gentleman checking in on us and was very kind. But after 50 minutes of not receiving our food, and not even being checked on once by our waitress, we had asked a busser if they could check on our food. Finally we see our waitress again as she aggressively tells us “I don’t know what to tell you, it’ll be ready when it’s ready.” This woman had only talked to us to take our order and to be rude to us because we asked a simple question. We were not rude and didn’t even entirely mind waiting, and we were even joking with another gentleman who was the only one that ever came by to fill our drinks and check on us. Except for him, this was beyond disappointing and we honestly have decided to never go back. The service here was the absolute worst and I recommend going to Abbys Cafe instead, where they staff is actually kind towards their customers.

Carol’s Kitchen has taken over from the Naples Country Cafe folks where I was a regular with my son and wife. The menu hasn’t changed much, a few new things added. Definitely my go to Breakfast/Brunch spot. There is plenty of parking and plenty of tables.

Ordered steak and eggs with country potatoes. The only thing right from my order was the eggs. The steak was overcooked, the potatoes were replaced by hashbrown and my side of pancakes became toast. It wasn’t even worth complaining about because our sever refused to check on us and when she did it was with such a nasty attitude. She was pregnant so I understood that it could have been stressful but we always had a good attitude with her and she was just rude. Go somewhere else.

Went here yesterday for lunch and granted it was busy and the food was pretty decent, but the customer service and wait times could use some improvement. As this may still be a newer restaurant and the kinks may be still working themselves out, I thought it would be better to offer a review that offers constructive criticism over bashing the establishment.

0/10 for the service and the food. There was hair in both our plates of food. They barely attempted to fix one plate and as for the second plate, that was out of the question. The waitress wasn’t polite about the situation. I would not recommend.
