Food took forever, even though there was no one ahead of us, everyone seems to running about like chickens without heads but not actually doing anything. The one thing my 4 year old would eat on the menu, they didn’t have. We were not informed of this until about 10 minutes into our wait for our food. I rarely give bad reviews but good grief. It shouldn’t take almost 20 minutes to get one kids meal.

THEY ARE NOW CLOSED AND HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT! It’s a shame that they are gone, I loved their cheesesteaks and fries :(. About 2 weeks ago a new place tookover. They also serve cheesesteaks but just keep in mind it is not the same recipes and the previous company. Bummer :/

The reason for the 1 star is because the man is running a special on the chicken quesadillas for 5.99 and only the middle of the quesadilla have meat on it. Then when I took it back to him he told me what do I want for 5.99. I will never go back to this place ever. Then when I asked for my money back he tried to give me just 6 dollars back without the tax. Then he told me what do you want a tip as well.

They have great sandwiches, but they don’t follow mall hours. How inconvenient is it to show up an hour or two before the mall closes only to find the reason you went closed before the mall did? Furthermore, they aren’t even open currently. I’ve gone up to four times a week for the last three weeks and the place is closed. 5pm. 4pm. 2:30. Noon. 3pm. No matter what time, they’re closed. I’ve contacted the mall, who lied to me and said they were set to reopen last week. They’re still closed. There’s no sign posted. There’s nothing on the website. No reason is posted ANYWHERE. It is a huge inconvenience and waste of gas to drive out to get a decent chicken philly only to find they closed early, they aren’t open at all, or that the mall lied to you.

This place is amazzinnng. By far the best Philly Cheese Steak place in North Carolina. I know the owner was very sick for a while so that’s why they were closed for a period of time but they are a sweet family business and also have great high quality cheese steaks. Definitely wouldn’t go to any other food place in this food court.

Customer service is horrible! They wanted to charge me for SINK water for my daughters service animal… and then the teens working there thought it was cute to be sarcastic and have an attitude.. I would NOT give them a dime of my money to help their business!
