I was disappointed. We ordered a family pack. The pork was probably the driest I have ever made myself eat. The spicy vinegar sauce was good, the mustard was disappointing. Cole slaw wasn’t bad. Fries were fine. . Hopefully it was just a slow Saturday for the team. I don’t complain about service these days unless it is really poor. The workers behind the counter we new so the service wasn’t fast but they got the order in right and service time was average.

We arrived and placed our order and paid for food. We watched our food come up and sit in the window as the employees walked passed it several times restocking straws and Togo bags. We even heard the cook say order up when order placed behind us came up, 2 employees walking around trying to find others things todo than pull the food from window, I would’ve gladly picked up the food from the counter. But after watching it sit in the window for 7 minutes we decided it wasn’t the place for us. We returned our drinks and requested a refund. When I placed my order I was asked to tip, I did not as I hadn’t received a service as of then. No one should . EVER. tip before hand!!!

Well, I must say when at a BBQ/seafood restaurant order that. I made the mistake of ordering a cheeseburger. Awful! McDonald’s would’ve been better. It was if it had been heated up from days ago and a piece of cheese layed on top unmelted I might add. They said they were out of banana pudding when ordering but later produced it. There were 2 little pieces of banana and no crackers, A lot of whipped cream. Poor meal. But my husband ordered the smoked chicken dinner and said it was the best he’d ever eaten! I guess sometimes someone has to loose, it was me that day! I wish I’d ordered the baby back ribs. I bet they were delicious!

What we saw in the reviews and pictures was not what we saw on the plate. Mac & cheese inedible, pups dry, popcorn shrimp had no shrimps, Fish separated from the batter! Some fries were freshly made but the other fries were cold. Inconsistent quality. Bathrooms unclean.

I had eaten here several years ago, and the food was fantastic. Something had changed. The pulled pork was dry as if it had been reheated from a leftover cook. The catfish was soggy and oily. The young lady who took our order on that day was pleasant to deal with.

We eat here at least 3-4 times a month. The pulled bbq has always been very good. Today it is hacked into big chunks which is making it very unappetizing and unappealing. Taste is not good. I’m sorry but this isn’t what we’re used to, which normally I would give a 5.

Not gonna lie. I tried it again after 2 years… Terrible cooks and staff. Very unfriendly. Just as it was last time. I spent $55 here and wish I didn’t. The food was poor in quality overall and the eastern sauce was trash. I will no longer waste money here. Terribly unfortunate

Decent lunch. Hush puppies were perfect. The Mac & cheese was noodles on the bottom & cheese sauce on top but once we stirred up it was tasty. I can see where some folks mention that it seems kinda unclean. The floor looks like carpet or flooring has been pulled off so it’s concrete with splash of paint etc. food was a solid 3 stars. You order at the counter & they bring your food to the table. The chicken looked over cooked but actually tasted good.

well to be quite frank, i saw a couple roaches and i’ve been here maybe 10 times before, I had full portions but it looks like half the regular portion’s i’ve received were eaten. i would say sanitary wise 0/10, i understand its a restaurant but that is quite disgusting. get better staff.
