I absolutely love Carnitas California! The breakfast burritos are really good and they use hash browns in them which just work so, so well. The rest of their food is great too (I used to live in Mexico, so I’m picky on Mexican food in Colorado). I’ve also had a few party platters which are an excellent deal and always super popular with guests.

Good food and friendly service. Gets kinda busy at lunch but that to be expected in a city this size. My only complaint is location. The parking lot is very cramped do be ready to get your car ding-up lol. Best carne asada Gorditas (fattys) in town
