I ordered online, two wet burritos. On their site it said to select 1-4 meats and so we selected two for each burrito. My assumption was it was an option such as Chipotle where you can do half and half etc. Well I get there to pick up my order at the pick up time and they haven’t even started it because they said they tried calling me. I was at work so I checked my phone and called back 2x, this was 4min after the missed call. No one answered. They informed me they couldn’t make the burrito without an upcharge of $2/per burrito. I said ok just do one meat because I already paid online, didn’t feel like paying a separate fee. I waited and waited, everyone who ordered after me received their food and orders. So it really didn’t matter to them that I had ordered 30 min prior, I had to wait another 30 min to get my order. Finally, it was ready, I got back to work and opened the bag. I was shocked that this their version of a wet burrito. It was literally a burrito with like a pool of consomé. Tf? It was salty as hell too. I was hungry so of course I ate most of it but I wish I could have my calories and $$ back. Also their site states it comes with guac and that turned out to be a lie because I didn’t get a drop of guac sauce in either burrito. Also what kind of restaurant uses lettuce in a burrito that’s going to be served hot like that. It just gets soggy and wilted. The quality of this place has gone down since they moved locations. Don’t order a wet burrito unless you want a caldo de burrito salado con lechuga aguada. Never again.

This has become our families favorite Mexican spot. Whether it’s breakfast burritos, a few tacos for lunch or a dinner plate they have it all and it’s all delicious. The market here also has the best tortillas and snacks. Definitely a must try if you haven’t been.

Karlitas is good but way overpriced for the food and amount you receive. The food is good but nothing amazing. We always order take out and everytime the little amount of beans that they give are ice cold. They need to give better side portions that’s for sure. Also be prepared for a lengthy wait when ordering and waiting for your food. It’s still a great place to try out. Always busy.

So i came to get a Mexican coke and got the fajitas trio it was huge for even me. The best thing is that is the shrimp was shell free. Only got 2 tortillas but nice and hot with warmer.

I just called today and was told they want me to drive over 30 minutes back to see that they messed up the order! They said they packed themselves and said there was hominy in the menudo! Where is it?! All I have is fat! I pay 11$ for pure fat? They won’t refund unless I drive all the way back and I have to be at work! Money wasted and will never buy again! I never had a problem but when the owner herself lies and says she saw hominy that’s ridiculous! What kind of business are you trying to run? One with lies to frequent customers? Here’s your photos!

This place is super basic. You order at the counter and hope that there is a table available. Our food was really good. The queso birria tacos were great and the asada burrito had great flavor. We will definitely be back.
