My experience tonight was one of the worst that I have experienced with any of the fast food establishment. We waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru for our food then found out our fries were not in our bag. I had to drive back to the store and demanded a refund of my fries and a replacement of the fries as I had to drive back to the restaurant. I attempted to call but the number listed is a fax #. The burgers were also cold. I will never be back to Carl Jr.

I asked for a Famous Star but in a lettuce wrap with no condiments. I got home to find only a burger wrapped in lettuce. I decided to call so the manager could explain to his employees that no condiments only refers to sauces, not onions, tomatoes, and pickles, but the phone number was to a fax machine. LOL

Just went here. This place used to serve fresh food that was pretty good for fast food. Ordered the new Gold Digger chicken sandwich. This sandwich is at least 2 hours old. No bacon, no tomato as advertised. The bun is soggy and flat. I had to spit the first bite out the chicken was so bad. No one should eat here until this owner gets new employees

Filthiest place I’ve been in. The food was cold. The service was absolutely terrible. There were 6 guys in the kitchen. Lots of cussing going on. Never ever going back. Very poor management
