Went in to Tru their handbrake chicken strips. They were great but not nearly as crunchy as the commercial showed. Customer service was fantastic!! And they had deep fried zucchini as an option for a side. They were delicious as well!! Enjoyed our visit!!

The window lady was high on God only knows what. Then messed up my order not once but twice. And was just so high on drugs it was embarrassing and unbearable. I don’t know if the jalapeno poppers were cooked too long? But um, there was NOTHING in them. Burger tasted super dry and nasty. Way too much money for the quality. I’ve never had an issue before. So this was a surprise, a very sad and wasteful surprise.

Great food, high quality as far as fast food goes. The service was great, employees were pleasant and attentive. The only bad thing is the Mayonnaise packets were warm and when opened it was yellow and not white.
