I’ve just went there and the service was really good. Female worker helped with my order very quick. The seasoning on the food was on point and very delicious. I would come back here everyday if I could. This is an underrated place with very nice employees. This is a great choice.

We hit the drive-thru here semi-often. The crew is always friendly and our order is almost always right–unlike the nearby McYD’s. They serve really solid burgers, the #2, no pickles is a favorite, (I like to add barbecue sauce to it, try that sometime,) and so is the Western Double. My son loves the Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders meal. The shakes are great, with or without whipped cream, and they always give us that option. Try the waffle fries.

Service was friendly. Ordered 3 meals and an extra burger… paid on my way out an employee came running out to give me a burger they forget to put in my bag. When I arrived home I come to find out they still shorted me a burger…. Over $50 for fast food and to not receive my complete order is extremely frustrating. I didn’t go back to complain or claim my burger because it’s completely across town. Burgers were also put together very messy.

Tried their new hand breaded chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato and swiss. This one is good in the chicken sandwich wars. It literally tastes like Chick-fil-A and Wendy’s combined in to one sandwich. It’s better than Wendy’s, and in some respect might be better than Chick-fil-A. But not better than their spicy chicken sandwich. As far as the order of what I find to be the best sandwich from a fast food place, this would be 3rd Street Popeye’s and Chick-fil-A. Now, locally, there are lots of places that make better chicken sandwiches and burgers that are restaurants or bars such as Odin Brewing, but that’s another review altogether.

So at 3:50pm June 25th 2022. I ordered a western burger with no cheese. The lady repeated my order back to me and she also said no cheese. So when I drive up to pick up my order a young lady repeated my order back to me but didn’t say “no cheese” so I said Hey make sure there is no cheese. They young girl said “oh yeah girl I got you , no cheese. Don’t worry”. Now tell me why I drive all the way across town and get home and guess what everybody. They put CHEEEESE ON MY BURGEEEEER. I called and spoke to a manager named Maria and Maria said oh I made your order and there was a special sticker on it. I asked MARIA what does a special sticker mean. She said a modification to the sandwich. So basically meaning something is either added or taken away. Maria admits to putting cheese on my burger and says I’ll put your name on the list for a new burger. No Maria. Gas is $6 a gallon and I’m not driving 20 mins just to get a burger. How about give me my money back since you admitted to putting cheese on my burger and ignoring the special sticker. Btw MARIA im allergic to cheese. Thanks a lot.

I asked for a fresh cooked burger and received better than expected on two double western bacon burgers. Huge thank you to employees for making these fresh! Might be the best burger in America, or on par with in n out.

Horrible service from the manager. I just want to say that The lady that took my order at the drive thru window was really nice. I ordered a burger and when opened it was not labeled correctly so I assumed it was incorrect so I drive back to let them know, I was totally ok with it because things happens. The manager comes over, I let her know and she has me open it to show her which I did. She did not like the way I was holding it I guess because she took it from me and had to open it herself. She then tells me it was correctly made and tried to hand it back to me. She was rolling her eyes and talking to me very rudely. I asked her if they could make a new one, she kept saying it was correctly made, I said no please make a new one because besides it being incorrectly made she had already put her hands all over it to check. She gives me a big sigh and kept telling me the same thing turns around and tells the cooks to make a new one but very rudely and with an attitude making the whole situation very uncomfortable. I don’t like to cause scenes but I had to say something especially after the treatment I received.
