Great Carl’s Jr. right next to the 5 freeway. Real convenient when your traveling as I was from Tahoe to Los Angeles. The woman working at the counter that day was Lorena it says on my receipt. She was super cool and very nice, even to people calling in on the phone. I could tell she loves her job. The restaurant was clean. Would stop here again if I’m passing through on another trip.

I’m pretty understanding of having a new hire take our order. Can’t expect someone new to not make any mistakes. The long wait for a simple order, with no other customers, has was slightly annoying… but the fact the manager wanted us to pay the difference to make our order right after all the inconvenience is comical. I special ordered my Famous Star Burger: it was a burger, no cheese or pickles. I added extra tomatoes, onion and Special Sauce. It was probably one of the messiest burgers I have ever eaten!!! But, kudos to the staff for making it JUST THE WAY I ORDERED IT! It was one of the tastiest burgers I have ever eaten!!! Great job!

The food and service is okay. Don’t expect much it’s fast food. What is concerning is we were given milk that was half empty and the seal was broken on two of the milk containers that was handed to us. This is very questionable and the worker didn’t seem concerned about it. Never experienced this before.

All the food we ordered was obscenely greasy, fries overcooked, burger bun mush from oil. A kind gentleman informed us the person putting the fries in the box had spilled them and scooped them back into the container. They forgot one of our two drinks as well. Unrelated obvservations: the parking spots all get literally half a parking block guard. Weird cost saving measure. The handicaped spots got half blue paint on their side too. Things must be kinda tight in the budget, eh?

Young guy doing the drive through is pretty rude. Sounded like he hated his job through the speaker. I was told to go park in the front for my food. When he came out, didn’t say anything just handed me the food, and when I said thank you, he completely ignored me and walked away. If you hate your job that much, you should really look for a new one ‍♀️
