Iv been eating at this restraint about one a week for the last 20 years, lately Iv noticed getting home after going through the drive through there has been something missing from my order, fries, desert etc. Last week I called to complain about this issue, I left a message and actually got a call back from the franchise owner, he assured me the problem was being solved and he would tell the manager to give me a desert to make up for the missing desert on my last visit to his restaurant. Today I went in and when I told the manager about the promise the owner made me and also told him about the regularity of missing food items from my orders recently, he actually thought it was funny and told me the owner had not mentioned anything to him. Needles to say I will never eat there again. There service is very substandard almost criminally by charging customers for food items that are left out of orders in the drive through.

The Beyond Burger wrapped in lettuce has fried zucchini that makes gripping easier. I had the hot waffle fries with it. The burger is flavorful, my combo was $20, kinda pricey for fast food that’s not super-sized

Very nice staff. I frequent this Carl’s Jr with person’s served from BI and recently went in and Dominique already knew what the person I was with wanted to order she was super supportive to this person. And I really appreciated this. Most servers want you in and out and off to the next person and this Dominique is super patient with everyone I bring in there.

I ate here on the fly once. Not a fan of fast food but was super hungry. Love that that Carl’s Junior has made Beyond Meat an option on their menu! Great for vegetarians! Line here was quick and pleasant. It’s inside the Airport Cinemas complex off Airport Blvd.

They were out of the grilled chicken breast, but had “handbreaded chicken”. Took 2 bites of my chicken sandwich and didn’t get to the chicken. Opened it up and the “patty” was the size of a large tender. The single strip of bacon was pretty pathetic too. The sandwich was mostly bread and mayonnaise. The image shows the full chicken and does not have a bite out of it.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast sandwich. Biscuit, egg and sausage. It was good.

The prices for each item have gone up, but the food is still decent. One big problem, is that the people in charge are struggling to stay on top of helping new employees in training, and they took too long after I placed my order! Wish that my experience was better than this one, which is a bummer.
