Customer service was lacking; placed my order on the drive thru, it wasn’t at any point confirmed and was given a smaller total than I expected upon handling my card to the drive thru employee (first time I heard the total) then when my receipt was returned it did not have the criss cut fries I had asked for and had missed one of the 2 meals I asked for. When I honked lightly to get her attention (she never looked back after returning my card) she was upset and said that’s why she had confirmed my order. Hope her day gets better.

My daughter loves Carl’s Jr burgers, they are her favorite! There is one staff member here who is so kind to her and waves every time we visit. The store could use some updating and they are the only Carl’s Jr I know of that is not on the app program yet which is very frustrating if I wanted to order online or use their rewards. They just need to catch up with the times a bit but they have the service down!

Came here at 3:00 on monday nov 8th and found the drive through window ajar, the open sign on and 3 cars in the lot but no one to be found. Hungry, and the next place is five miles away. Maybe at least wake up to take the irder and super un safe. If ibwas a xriminal id be getting away w whatever food i needed and then some! Really hope the owner sees this and realizez the pri lems here.

I go to Carl’s Jr. often. I love their egg and cheese, burrito breakfast and their breakfast burger for lunch. They are quick, efficient, and don’t mind adding ketchup or subtracting something from the sandwich. This place is better than most fast food places I’ve been to for sure!
