I ordered two sandwiches lettuce wraped. I normally order my sandwiches this way everytime I go to Carl’s Jr. Today however, one of my sandwiches had the lettuce blackened. The other sandwich’s lettuce was wilted and looked and felt that it had been boiled before adding it to the sandwich. I’m sure the heat of the meat was a factor but I can say the lettuce was not good quality. I never had this problem with any of the Carl Jr other orders I had been getting.

I ordered myself a hand breaded chicken sandwich from here and when I got back home to eat it, it was the saddest piece of chicken I seen.. The chicken itself looked overdue! Almost looked like they recooked it, at that, overcooked with burnt edges so I went back to get a new one. Yet again got home ready to eat this “new chicken sandwich” and when I took my first bite all I could taste was that it was covered in hot oil and it was super greasy! It’s suppose to be juicy from the chicken meat itself not the oil! I kept eating not thinking anything of it and found that the chicken wasn’t cooked throughly and when I bit into it, it had somewhat of a chewy texture and I know that is NOT how chicken should be if it’s cooked all the way!! VERY disappointed with this place due to the fact that I had to visit not once but TWICE is such an inconvenience and they couldn’t even get it right the second time either is the sad part.. It’s always slow there so their food if anything should be good right? Nope not the case at all.

This place doesn’t skip a beat. Food is consistently good and customer service is on top of their game. Interior and exterior are very clean. I enjoyed the BBQ Western Beyond Meat combo with crisscut fries.
