Had a good experience at this Carls Jr location, sometime around 2AM-2:30AM this morning, I got hungry and saw that Carls Jr was one of the few places open around that time. Pulled up to the drive thru, lady through the speaker told me their computers are down and would take 10 minutes to reboot, since I was the only one in line I was cool with waiting. 1 minute later 4 cars are right behind me , but anyways, kind old lady gave me a free cookie for my wait, I didn’t notice until I got home, and wanted to say thank you through here. I appreciate the kind gesture, it’s hard to come by kind gestures nowadays , if I ever am feeling like having Carls Jr, I’ll make sure to come to this specific location, and recommend family as well as friends. Even though there’s 2 other locations closer by a mile to me. Have a nice day.

Great food service there. The 2 cashiers were great. One brought out my food and didn’t get their name, and the other one that attended me and took my order believe her name was jailene she had great customer service. The place was really clean as well.

The food is nothing amazing, but the service is pretty good. I’ll usually order a breakfast biscuit, they always warn me that it will take a few minutes, and bring it out to me. Once they were out of biscuits and offered a good alternative.

So Slllooowwww in the drive thru! And I ordered online, AND I was the only car in the drive thru! I ordered through the app then 15 minutes later I show up in the drive thru (only car at the time) they tell me that they didn’t notice a mobile order came in and had to still make it so the had me pull forward a few feet and wait for my order (another 10 minutes!) At this point more cars had showed up behind me, I’m sure everyone was annoyed by the wait! Maybe they were short staffed, I don’t know, but the wait was RIDICULOUS for “fast food” especially since I ordered ahead!
