When did the breakfast burritos get so small‽ I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr in a while (or any fast food really because of the pandemic) so when I went to get a breakfast burrito on my way home today (too tired to cook) I noticed that they’re like half the size they used to be! I used to be able to get one of these and be absolutely stuffed- now I’m wondering how they justify charging over $6 for this tiny thing with 4-5 tiny bits of steak in it.

Carls jr seems to have really gone down hill in the past few years. I ordered the Santa Fe chicken sandwich this evening and it was severely disappointing. The meal I ordered tonight was absolutely disgusting. The bun was flat and seemingly soaked in oil, the American cheese that was slapped onto the chicken tasted like salt, the chicken itself was probably microwaved, you get the picture. There’s no excuse for this. I couldn’t get past the first bite. Maybe its just this particular restaurant and not Carls Jr as a whole, but I won’t be ordering from there anymore.

Got a sausage breakfast burrito and it was awful! Eggs were tasteless sausage was worse! Cardboard would be better than that nasty thing! I’ve been there twice the cheeseburger was cold and awful. Will never go back to this place or any Carl’s Jr. again!!! Not even worth one star.

The person taking my order on the drive thru was not clear and seemed to be talking with someone else inside. Cashier was not friendly and the sandwich I ordered had a miniature, probably 2.5 inch chicken piece. It looked more like a kid’s meal. I will spend my money somewhere else from now on.

Carl’s has great food, but the reason I give it 2 stars is that the food is way overpriced. They should get with the program and realize that they are always gonna be in the same league as Del, Jack, Mickey D’s, Taco Hell, Shwendys, etc. It’s expensive to take a family of 4 out to dinner there, about $80… And you’re just getting fast food. Might as well step it up and go to In n Out (which is way better and cheaper) or Canes, or Panda Express. Or even an actual restaurant. Another thing I can’t figure out about CJ’s is how can a burger be both sloppy and dry at the same time??? (Western Bacon. Every time )

This Carl’s Jr. is never busy and it must be due to their poor service and long wait for your food. After you finally receive your food, it is underwhelming and frankly doesn’t taste very good. Their prices are high for fast food and one would think that paying their higher prices you would get better food. The place also seems dirty with sticky floors and unclean tables. Save your money and go to In n’ Out. Overall Grade D.

Had a nervous feeling with the random groups of people hanging out at multiple cars in the parking lot. But the drive-thru people guys were really nice and the food was excellent. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going inside after a certain time. Seems to be a more rough side of town.
