Did drive thru around mid night .Had to wait like 20 minutes to get my food maybe like 3 cars ahead of me .They had the fish sandwich promotion but didn’t have it had the time. Ordered a chix sandwich and this is what they gave me .

From my experience I saw that he was complaining about his work. I just wanted to order and get my food and leave but he starts complaining to me about his other coworkers calling off this and that he had to stay. I understand they were short staff and I was being patient but he kept pushing it too far telling me his problems. Not to mention A co worker victor believe that’s his name he doesn’t help his other co workers especially if your a new hire person. Victors thinks he’s all that meaning he would mistreat his co workers and I’ve seen this a couple of time the times that I’ve been going to get some food. He’s should be fire he’s so disrespectful from my view of point from the times of me being there. He’s definitely not a TEAM PLAYER. He’s so unfair and also mistreats customers. Definitely someone should talk to him or fire him.

The food was great. Like many other Carl’s Jr locations they have upgraded their burger patty size and quality. It was worth the wait and worth the price (8 dollars, just the burger, as of 23′). With three vehicles in front of me it only took roughly 4 – 5 minutes to pay and receive my food. The only thing that I can warn about is the location of the restaurant. Coming down the street (University) towards the freeway there is an entrance to the shopping plaza that the restaurant is in. It is right next to the drive thru, the exit feeding right into a T intersection. There is a lot of traffic both with vehicles and foot. It is single lane on either side with restaurants opposite from where you exit. You can be stuck for a good minute just waiting to get out. I recommend parking and walking into the store rather then going through the drive thru.

Its usually pretty good. But whats with that dumb pre recorded message when you pull up to the drive through. Just have the actual person running it speak. I usually have to wait either way for them to be ready to take my order when that message says order when your ready.

Prices posted are incorrect on the menu you order from. When you drive up you are charged more at the front window. I brought this to the attention of the cashier and she replied “yea prices have went up went up twice but our manager hasn’t made us change it.”

Stopped for a quick bite. Ordered the Famous Star Combo with zucchini bites, and a Fuze Raspberry tea. The burger was very good but the zucchini bites were wonderfully piping hot! The drive thru server at the window was very nice, friendly smile and didn’t give us grief when we asked for an additional ranch packet for our zucchini.
