Had the worst experience today, and I waited 10 minutes just to order on the drive-through. I couldn’t back up since there was a car behind me. I ordered 2 HAND-BREADED BACON SWISS CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO Sandwich had lettuce, tomato, bacon, Swiss cheese and breaded chicken on a potato bun. I asked for no mayo on one of the sandwiches. The sandwiches we received had only pickles. I also ordered 3-PIECE HAND-BREADED CHICKEN TENDERS WITH BBQ SAUCE. When I finally drove up to the window, it took a few minutes to get my food after I had paid. When I looked inside the bag, there was no BBQ sauce, not even napkins. I tried to get the drive-through employee back to the window, and I ended up knocking on the window when she finally came back she had food in her mouth as she was chewing a mouth full of food she ask what did I want. I told her she had forgotten my BBQ sauce and had no napkins. She rolled her eyes and got the items. Overall, this location service has gone down. When I got home, my chicken tenders were burned, and my sandwiches were completely wrong.

I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and was extremely pleased with my experience. I used the drive-thru and was impressed with how fast and friendly the service was. My order was correct and arrived hot, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, there was nothing missing from my order, which can sometimes be an issue at fast-food restaurants.
