I was here I ordered a chicken burrito and the taste was horrible!! I asked the cashier and she said that they keep the food for more then 2 days max 3 days bur I don’t know. I went thru the drive thru and when I placed my order I asked for cris cut fries with one of my combos. Daisy who is apparently also the manager at this location repeated it back to me correctly. I pulled to the window and after paying they asked me to pull out and park out front which I know is a tactic to make their drive thru numbers look better. So I went ahead and pulled around to park even though I hate when they do that because they always take longer to get my food that way. Well the girl that brought my food out asked if I had ordered regular or cris cut fries. I told her Cris cut. She then took my food back inside to correct the order. When she came back out she informed me that Daisy had told her I hadn’t ordered it that way and would have to pay extra. I was furious because I know the other girl knew I had ordered it that way or why would she have asked me what kind of fries I ordered. I told her I would not pay more for Daisy’s mistake and to just give me my food. I honestly can’t believe that this is the kind of customer service their manager provides. First I had to wait extra long for my order which helps pad her numbers and make her look better and then she refused to fix HER mistake without charging me more money. I ordered it correctly or why would the other employee have asked me if I had ordered Cris cut fries. Obviously her employee knew what I ordered and when she questions her boss she says to give me the regular or charge me extra? My parents and I are regulars at this location and honestly every time this manager is there the customer service is terrible. Daisy’s lack of service and unwillingness to correct or admit her mistakes makes me not even want to go to this location if she is there. The rest of the employees are amazing.

Delicious burgers and fries! The drive thru may need careful maneuvering for extra long bed trucks as it is a bit narrow. Food was yum! The sign out front says they now have dine in.

Picked up a quick bite at this Carls location and had to wait for our food to be brought out. We watched as Donovan ran out and hustled getting everyone’s order out as fast as possible. This young man should get picked up for a great position, you can tell he’s got great work ethic and fantastic customer service skills!

My boyfriend and I were enjoying our food and I saw this IN OUR FRIES! I thought it was a weird extra crispy fri. No, it’s a deep fried mosquito! Disgusting!! I could not believe my eyes! I almost threw up. If a mosquito can get into this restaurant’s food, imagine what else is falling in there. Yuck.
