I’m a fan of Carl’s Jr. Unfortunately my last visit was frustrating. There is no reason it should take 5 min to acknowledge a customer at the counter in an empty restaurant and then take 20 min to get 1 burger out. This was at 930pm on a Saturday with 2-3 cars in the drive thru. Hardly a busy time. Customer service is a lost skill these days.

Carl’s junior has always been really good about their burgers the food is fresh the customer service is nice what’s really neat is they take all of their expired coupons unless there is something that’s not on the menu anymore however it is always very clean and it’s quick to get in-and-out and ride on the way home I definitely recommend their Santa Fe grilled chicken sandwich that’s always a hit and pretty healthy I usually get it let us wrap to cut out some carbs and not have so much bread their French fries are always fresh and I always drink water but their soda fountain machine looks very clean as well as their bathrooms never a disappointment

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and an order of fries. The fries were great but my bean and cheese burrito the foil was ripped the tortilla had holes in it and the beans were everywhere in the bag I couldn’t even eat it. Paying $15.51 for an order of fries was not my idea

I go to alot of drive throughs for lunch and it clear that alot of people dislike their jobs. But I have to say that Treyvon is very different he received me with a very genuine attitude very happy and up beat and positive vibe. Great job you deserve a raise man. And I think good effort and good kind set needs to be recognized. That’s why I took the time to shine a light on him tonight. Hope he keeps up the great work.
