Ordered a plain jr cheeseburger with bacon , had no one in front of me or behind , was told to go to the front of the store , drive thru parking, why? i had no idea why , but seem to be the norm in this place ,they brought the order and the double cheeseburger looked like someone stepped on it , went inside and asked the manager if that was correct and was told, that was a double cheeseburger plain , and she then pointed at a picture behind her, i asked her why they don’t look at least similar to the picture , she said , that’s how it is and turned around and walked away from me, i guess that’s the best they can do on a empty restaurant and a big order like mine? Do they show how customer service works any more/ or are you just hiring family and friends to do a job they might not be qualified to do? NEED A REGIONAL MANAGER TO VISIT THIS LOCATION AND FIX IT.

This place has no working ac and the cashier didn’t explain how the new burger el Diablo doesn’t come with the brioche bread for the single burgers. This is false advertising since they don’t specify its only for the half pounder and not even for the double burger. They didn’t try to add the drink on my order when I specifically asked for a combo. The worst place ever I highly don’t recommend this location to eat. The food looked terrible and they had no people ordering in front of us and the few people here had already received their food. This place has no customer service as a priority all I wanted was a good meal and good customer service.

Ordered through Uber Eats and when the driver arrived to pick up my food, my order wasn’t done and he had to wait 10 to 15 minutes and the employee handling my food didn’t properly allow enough time for the oil to drain from the chicken tenders I ordered and had ordered 20 of them, which then left the tenders greasy and the food container too as well as a the bag had a noticeable grease spot on it. I have spoke with the manager Jasmine he was supposed to fix my order and I’ve been trying to reach back out to her after she had told me she had to leave because she obviously too busy at the time to take my call call me back like she said she would, yet she just explained to her to call her the next day and she would take care of it but this is after she gave me a hard time and I had let her know I still have the food and I just wanted it simply replaced oh, this was on June 6th to this day she has never called me back I’ve left two other messages. Not normally of the food is good so this is the first time I’ve ever experienced the chicken tenders being so greasy. And I had previously ordered a takeout order that same day with another 20 piece and it wasn’t greasy like that at all. Turning on reaching out to corporate price on as I did contact them by email and haven’t received a response. The bad experience overall and every other take my money and business elsewhere.

I went through the drive the thru ordered my food and was asked to park in front. Ordered a charbroiled chicken club and an order of fried zucchini. Waited less than 5 minutes. Food was good and hot.

One of my #1 favorite fast food joints’ since I was growing up!” I actually worked at Carl’s Jr at one point of my life (just fun facts) Good food, good service, oder made fresh!” Still a good place to eat; one of the only fast food chains that deliver food to your table (serves food to your table) with the expense of “tips” (no tips required).. some of the best burgers are the Famous Star, Super Star and Western Burger!” Enjoy!”

Ordered the new gold digger burger but wasn’t as big as expected, good flavor tho, and of course I kinda knew it wasn’t gonna be a huge burger but still was expecting something a little bit more. Please bring back the Diablo burger, that’s like the best ever!!!

Never have had such a well put together cheeseburger in all the Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever visited in the whole California state. Meat, sauces and veggies are just perfect amount.. I’ll be getting me a burger in this joint every time I pass through this town. Staff is amazing too, keep up the good work.
