At 9:16 AM I am the only customer in the drive-through and there is no customers inside. After receiving my order, I drove home when I reached for my bag I realize there was white ranch sauce, all over the outside of the bag and now on the seat of my car. I don’t understand how you can get sauce all over the bag when the sauce is sealed. And my drink was also drenched in soda all over the outside of the cup, and when my debit card was returned to me, it was also covered in Coca Cola. How does this happen?

Hello I just ate there. I got a big Carl. The lettuce was microwaved and wilted. Please see image. Fresh vegetables would make a huge difference. Also there was a deep thumbprint in the bread bun. This isn’t the first time, I had hopes the quality would improve by now…

Carl’s Jr is one of my favorites of fast food burger joints but their new waffle chicken sandwich didn’t live up to their advertising. A bit small and the sandwich was ok at best. Granted, I’ve had some really good waffle sandwiches recently so I’m comparing to that experience. Nonetheless, this Carl’s Jr location offers good service and food. I would eat here again.

As soon as I pulled up I knew this was a bad idea. Lady asked me to wait at the drive-through. I waited 2 minutes and I was like no no. I went to the Jack in the Box down the street where I knew my order would come fast and it would also be delicious. I came back to the Carl’s junior a couple days later and it was good service and good food. I increased my rating one star.

My kid and I dined in here on Jan. 17th after 7PM. Hugo who helped me was an absolute professional. He was multi tasking by doing drive through, cleaning, and handling the front counter. Despite this, he helped me immediately. My son and I waited maybe 5 minutes for our food which I didn’t think was horrible timing but Hugo apologized and threw in a cookie with our order which was a nice gesture. As I was leaving and walking to my car I even saw Hugo handling pick up orders outside. This kid was everywhere. Hugo is a good example of a well rounded employee with great customer service skills. Everything about this visit was great. If I go back there, I’m going to recruit him to come work at my company. I’m hoping management reads this and recognizes Hugo for a job well done! Thank you Hugo!
