The ABSOLUTE WORST! What once was a beautiful example of what fast food should be has been completely replaced by an apathetic crew who closes early if they feel like it. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Honestly I am not sure if the staff, management or ownership changed after the renovation but WOW. What a disgrace. Those employees should be ashamed of themselves. I could see them goofing off inside. Truthfully it was actually sad to see the absence of pride in what you do but what can you do? Very sad and disappointing. I used to like this business but I just can’t now.

Carl’s food is consistently of better quality then their competitors. However, today I was charged $8.19 for a Beyond Burger all by itself. No combo, hold the onions. That seems excessive for switching out the meat for fake meat at a fast food restaurant. Though I know everything has gone up in price there seems to be no value there at all. I’ll know better next time and hope this helps others in advance.

I see other people have same experiences, they are open till 3AM but I have been told we are closed at around 1:30AM couple of times. Last night was even worst, it quickly turned from how can I help you to we are closed around 2:30. Not sure of new management but same ppl are behind the counters.

I went through drive thru. I asked for ketchup and ranch but once I was about to eat my sandwich their was no sauces. I went back to get sauces didn’t even get an apology or anything. Defeats the whole purpose of going through drive thru and having to get down to get sauces.

The woman working the drive through was incredibly rude. I ordered food for 3 people and she was too lazy to package it correctly and the bag ripped dumping all of our fries on the floor of my truck. It took everything in me not to throw the fries back at her lazy self. All it takes is a little effort but you can’t fix stupid.
