I came to Carl’s Jr. today for international burger day to try my luck at the great deal they’re offering! Anyhow, my experience was rather good. I have been to a different Carl’s Jr. where I got a moldy bun and that was completely unacceptable. However, this time I came inside and picked up my order and dined in and the food was on point and was made fresh. My fries were good and crispy. The burger was made correctly because I added customizations for extra cheese and lettuce and onions and tomatoes because that’s how I roll and everything was accurate to order. The burger was hot and so were the fries and when I asked for extra barbecue sauce, they accommodated me with no problem. The bathroom was clean enough. I only went into wash my hands, but there was nothing that stood out to me as untidy or dirty The atmosphere is nice. It’s a small building, but there’s plenty of seating, and I found a perfect spot by the window. The only thing I have to complain about is because I made an order through the app they seal it with stickers to make sure it’s not been tampered with when you receive it however, that sticker ripped off part of the top of my drink, and was rather hard to get off so that was annoying, but really of little consequence in the end. Overall it was a good visit. The food was solid and I enjoyed myself.

All I wanted was a Santa fe chicken sandwich, and I got a chicken sandwich with American cheese lettuce on a regular bun with nothing that tasted or looked like what I’ve had in the past. …not sure if there was a menu change or these people don’t know how to make their sandwiches …..was ready to just get home and enjoy my meal when I took 2 bites to only be disappointed. …

The food never looks like the picture but this time the food was wrapped so tightly that the buns were very very skinny and squished. They are so nice and helpful. You can tell they care about their customers and give a personal touch to their service. Which is not something I think I could ever say about a fast food place. Also everything served looked fresh.

They act like they can’t do specific amounts on one card then finish on another as if they don’t sell $5.00 gift cards in chain stores that they know perfectly well don’t cover anything. Enjoy your free meal, lying drive through cashier. If I get charged a single cent for the meal you wouldn’t let me pay for my bank will hear the truth of it.

This Carl’s Jr is one of my favorite, no where else in town matches this place for the late night meal and, most important the middle of the night shake. Non of the many 24 hour open places serve shakes after midnight in the West Valley. The late night lady is so very nice. I can’t wait til the pastrami burger comes back, way better than most of the burgers

Went through drive through last night and I’ve been here a numerous amount of times and I’ve never had any kind of issues with any employee. There’s is this skinny kid or guy named Danny who was extremely rude and impatient while I was trying to order food later comes outside with some sort of an attitude with extremely red eyes and sort of disoriented and confused. He definitely should not be allowed to deal with customers if this is the kind of treatment that is going to be received. Definitely gonna rate this visit 0 stars. 0 customer satisfactory. I’d definitely look into having someone with a better attitude and better efforts to want to work.
