This Whittier location has construction next to it so it didn’t look busy when we decided to use the drive thru to order lunch. Everything seemed to be okay until we checked the order and my lettuce wrap burger was not as ordered. We then move to wait for it but nothing. I popped inside only to find an very apologetic staff worker who was trying his best to do everything up front since there was only two workers. By this time it was busy but I did get my burger. Unfortunately when I got back to my car I was still missing fries. I had to just laugh while returning inside again. After all this, the food was still warm and enjoyable.

They messed up on our order five times then I decided to say no thank you and left and got my money back. The manager and the darn stupid lady who took my order was saying it was my fault when she messed up four times before. I will never eat at this location again. The manager needs to be fired ASAP. She treats her workers and her customers like they’re under her.

Staff mis-entered my meal, ignoring posted specials. Burger was greasy, which is surprising for fire-grilled. I remember better quality than this visit. Several people in restaurant looked sketchy. Will give another chance, but Carl’s has changed over last few years. Prices are way up.

The drive-thru line was about five cars deep. So my sister I decided to go inside. As I walked in I notice the dining area was pretty empty. So I figured my food order should be done pretty quick. As I was waiting in-line for someone to take my order no one acknowledged me as everyone walked by the counter. I did lock eyes with a few employees but no one acknowledged me after waiting for 5 mins. I this point I decided to take my business across the street at IHOP. where as soon as I walked in I got seated right away and my food served with in 10min. It’s funny how businesses are crying about low sales. But your customer service is terrible. As of today I will never set foot in your location.
