Oh my God never go there one I asked for a lettuce wrap, famous star with cheese, and this is what the lettuce was. It was wilted to where I bit into it. I can taste the old Ness from the lettuce. My husband ordered a vanilla shake and it was just water horrible place to go to. I tried to give them a second chance third chance I will never go there again. These people need to understand when you make your food that way people will stop coming and eventually you’ll lose your job. That’s why we don’t go to fast foods no more because of the service is horrible there.

Went in to order but wanted to wash my hands. Door was locked so I went to ask if I needed a key. The older lady that had missing teeth began to yell at me that I would not step into that restroom until I ordered and paid for my food first. I understand if that’s policy, but the way she talked to me turned me completely off from coming to this establishment. Being that she is the person that is supposed to take your order, I don’t know how they still have her employed.

Worst customer service, tried to overcharge me. Asked for a strawberry lemonade and the cup is so small it is the size of a child’s cup at McDonald’s at a hefty price of $4. This place has gone downhill fast. Food was not fresh tasted as if it had been sitting for a long time. Big Carl’s patties tasted like cardboard covered in sauce. Chicken sandwich had way too much salt. Fries were old. Will not be returning and the gets my order wrong on top of everything. This would explain why the parking lot is always empty.

At approx 2:30 AM on July 12, 2023 I had experienced the most amazing milkshake ever crafted by human hands and it was at this location that went down and so my point is… if you are also a milkshake lover and advocate then you’ll want to stop by here around 2:30 AM you shouldn’t be disappointed (unless someone else is working then I don’t know)
