The Big Carl meal is $11. For that price this is what I got. There wasn’t any burger sauce on the burger. I had an old patty with old cheese on my burger which obviously been sitting out. For someone to serve another person food that looks like this, they have to be a careless cook. When is this location going to start holding their employees accountable for their sloppy service?

I work across the street at Terrible’s gas station, and this is my second time where I have been told that an employee is alone in their only able to do drive-thru. But this particular time as you can see in the video, that there is not only two employees in there I could be wrong but the one at the door is for sure an employee and the person that’s sitting to the right that you see in the video as you hear her say is not an employee. This is unacceptable and I will be going further and higher to someone else as far as the inconvenience that you guys are bringing. You are running a business, and you’re not doing it efficiently.

To my surprise when I went to this location on 3/17/2023 friday night around 8 there was a hand written sign taped to the speaker box stating SORRY WE ARE CLOSED TAKING A BREAK. I am shocked because I never seen a whole restaurant close for the employees to take a break. And as I drove thru I seen about 3 or 4 employees sitting at a table in the dining area. So disappointed because Carls jr is my favorite hamburger place, and I had went to another location but they didn’t have chicken tenders and that’s the only thing my son eats. Won’t be going back for awhile.

I drove awhile to get to the carl’s jr. When I pulled into the drive thru the lady came over the speaker and said I can not serve you because the cook is on break. I ask her if I can speak to the manager and she said hold on. Next a Hispanic guy with glasses came out and said what!!! I ask if he was the manager he said I’m the cook. I ask if I could have the manager number he then said you have a phone and I said yes, then he said rudely “then use it” as he walked back in the building. I never got the phone number, it is not even posted on the property. I’ll never come back to this place again. By the way I waited out side for about an hour and a half and ever time some one came in they left out and complained about the cook is on break.. I guess this happens all the time cause as i waited I didn’t even see a car go into the drive thru nor inside the restaurant. WOW,,, DONT COME TO THIS PLACE RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. (11/26/22 approx 1:45pm) Not only were the drinks watered down, but the drive thru cashier with long braides with blue strands was especially rude. My husband had to go inside to get the rest of the order and said that all 3 workers inside acted like they didn’t want to be there and were all very rude. I’ve worked fast food before (for Carl’s Jr, as a matter of fact) and their attitude was very uncalled for. DO BETTER

First of all, even in a desperate situation, I would not come back here. I was almost in disbelief when I saw them use their bare hands to wrap my burger in lettuce and shake off the liquid. I threw the entire meal away because it was inedible.

Every morning me and my coworkers stop in that shopping plaza to get breakfast. Be careful going to that carls jr If you’re black. I don’t think the cook likes black people. The last time i ordered from there it made me sick. Had to work the entire day feeling nauseated .
