The order was wrong. The person handling the order told us that the cook in the back wouldn’t make the food as we ordered it. My wife simply wanted tomato on her chicken sandwich. I asked that my double western have bbq from the packets be opened and put on it as I was told they were out of the bulk sauces. The double western I was charged for was the worst single, dry, nasty thing I’ve ever been served. We won’t be back and will not recommend this place.

Went for late dinner, about 9pm my husband wanted a breakfast burger and was informed they don’t make breakfast burgers and when we pointed to the sign he said then that it was too late. Well his snarky comment to my husband was “come on bro who eats breakfast for dinner”. We both ignored his condescending attitude and ordered. The food came out fast and it was good but later on my husband and I got the bubblies. We probably won’t eat at this location again.

I ordered on the app, got to the store and they had my food ready but no one at counter to hand me my food. Only 3 people working a gentleman who was the cook, an elderly lady who was making burgers and packing orders and a young girl who just started working. Had to wait 10 minutes before someone helped me. Told them my name said my order would be right out. 20 minutes later I’m still waiting on my food and drinks. Young girl gave me my food and drinks but still had to wait for the chocolate shake to be made. She asked the older lady to make the shake since she didn’t know how to make them, older lady told her to hold on a minute. The older lady was very grumpy, the young girl tried to explain to the lady that I had been there for a while waiting for my order. Finally about 5 minutes later I get my chocolate milk soup. After waiting almost 30 minutes for my food and getting it home which I only live about 10 minutes away my food was nice and cold!!!!!

Stopped in while on a trip with 20 + people. The staff was awesome! And asked …give us the challenge, when we all walked in at the same time. They quickly served us and even bought a birthday candle and balloon for me. It just happened to be my bday. Lol.. everyone in the restaurant sang. Very nice staff, excellent service .
