Food use to be good and it seems like once price went up the food quality went down they just don’t care anymore. Burgers overly soaked in the condiments to where the patty slips out of the bun once u take a bite. Burgers seem a lot thinner then normal and no longer have the good taste they use to have. Onion rings way over cooked, missing items. 40$ for 3 medium meals.

If you go through the drive through they make you park in the parking lot and wait 20minutes for your food. There are currently seven other cars waiting on food right now. Unacceptable for drive through service. The entire point is to be quick. STAY AWAY from this place!!

Waited over 30 minutes for my order and finally went in to request a refund. The cashier didn’t know how to credit my credit card; and I only used a credit card because they don’t take cash! The only cook wasn’t even cooking! He was moving stuff around. No manager on site. Trying to call the manager today and they never answer the phone! Will never go to another Carls Jr. Maybe this is their business model. Steal people money and don’t provide food.

I ordered tonight for me and my partner off of uber eats, the picture attached is what i received of my combo meal (absolutely nothing on the burgers I ordered) AS WELL AS undercooked onion rings. When trying to correct this issue, uber eats did their part but when attempting to contact the restaurant i was sent to a fax machine. safe to say never ordering from this location again

Took my order and money (cards only) sent me to waiting space. Thirty minutes later I went into the store to get my money back. The cook wasn’t cooking anything although I and several others were waiting for our orders. He was wandering around the kitchen moving cleaning and messing around doing everything but cooking. The counter girl was so untrained she couldn’t even give me or the other 3 customers our money back! They just quit cooking or answering the drive up window. They took my money and gave me nothing. I will never go to another Carl’s Jr again.

We eat low carb. This is the best place for hamburger wraps. Most places just add a small piece of lettuce on top of the burger, Carl’s Jr is very generous with theirs. Service is great, very nice staff, and very clean dining area. If I could give it 100 stars, I would.!!!
