I went there in August. I usually go in a wheelchair. What about 7:00 no one would open door. Notice the coffee guys there. Cashier completely ignored me. When he finally answers he says that he can’t let me in because the police is coming. I asked him do the coffee guys have leave too he said yes. I went to sprouts the table outside to eat never seen police or coffee guys leave. I did see a friend of mine go in. So I figured that the cashier discriminated against me. I will never go back there again again.

Worked here. When you clock in for the morning, they have you mix the sauces that have been out all night with a dark colored film on the top. They don’t throw it out, or replace it, they just mix it all in. The fryer is nasty. It’s usually black, and they never take out the oil unless they really need to. The grease trap is also disgusting, it looks and feels like black oily sand. They say their food is fresh, its fresh for a day but anything after that isn’t at all. The manager is also not very nice. Management is poorly run/operated. Do not recommend at all.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I waited over 20 minutes for one famous star w/ cheese while the “manager and an off duty employee sat in the back yapping away. I asked if she could possibly come out and bag the food for the rest of the waiting customers and she proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t get paid enough for this while making excuses blaming it on the cooking staff. I proceeded to tell her that the food is cooked and waiting to be handed out and that her two up front employees were busy with new guest. She told me and everyone in the lobby to go eat somewhere else. I will be taking this to corporate with Star Corp LLC.

Went through the drive through and they didn’t even put one of my sandwiches into the bag. I called and the guy said he put my name on a list. I went back a few days later, told the person and they didn’t have my name down, so I’m out money for a missing item. Didn’t even bother trying to help, said if I wanted to complain to come back the next day to talk to the manager. Horrible service and people.

I had the worst experience because of one staff member. My fiance and I ordered food and while we were waiting for it, I used the restroom. It was disgusting. I noticed a puddle of water I am guessing from the dilapidated pipes. When I left the bathroom an employee rushed in and as I was walking out the front door to our car an employee, a younger Hispanic female, shouted to never come back because I had showered in the restroom. I asked her “what are you talking about”. She said that I had left water all over the floor. It was the rudest most humiliating experience I have ever had. Maybe if they cleaned a lot more and talked a lot less, there would not be water all over the floor…..
