This used to be our go to for a burger in Safford, There was a nice lady I think was the manager, food was always hot and fresh , frys were crisp, store was clean. Now food is sloppy, fry orders are not full, frys are not hot and crisp, store is not clean, and there is and older guy working in the back short , grey hair, beard and mustache, he is rude and is always talking really loud and when he is there the food is sloppy and limp frys , puts to much condiments on the burgers. Wish they would bring back the old manager she was the bomb. We now go else where for our burger fix.

I go fairly often and have always have a great experience. The staff is always so patient and kind, and sometimes pretty funny. Customer service is fantastic. Today I was in a little bit of a rush and I asked if I ordered a certain food if it would take a while to make or if it could be made fast. They said it could be made fast, and sure enough they had it ready for me at the window. Very impressed, great staff.

The best, hottest fast food I’ve had in a long time. My burger was literally steaming! Kudos to the entire group of guys working when we were here, they obviously take pride in their work. They were friendly and they provide a great product. Their management should be proud.
