I literally just got a crispy jalapeño sandwich not only did they take forever to give me my order which I didn’t complain about the chicken was undercooked and rubbery when I called the guy on the phone was rude and said he’d make me a new one only if I brought my receipt then hung up on me. One of the worst Carl’s Jr.’s I’ve been to. I’ve given them several chances, and every single time something has been gross or a wrong order. Tonight I got a burnt cookie, that’s so dry and hard, it could be a hockey puck. I won’t be returning anymore.
