Fast and friendly service! I was greeted quick and with a friendly tone. I ordered the Big Carl Medium Combo Meal for here. My order was ready before I finished getting my drink. I was asked about sauces and was given the ketchup requested. The lobby wasn’t busy The lobby needs a scrub down due to noticable dirt build-up. The top of the tables were clean, just the side and legs were dirty. My meal was hot and fresh. I would give this location 5 stars when the lobby gets a scrub down. The service and food was great! I recommend this location to anyone wanting a great meal with great service!

After mentioning to the server when I place my order that I hoped that the food was better than a different Carl Jr. In Mesa. I ended up getting a burger with a very hard and very dry bun. I mentioned it to the same girl who came out and she did nothing about it. Very disappointing

I absolutely love Carl’s Jr!!! There food is normally just what I need to get over something or fill a craving! And when I saw that the had and A1 sauce burger…….. Oh buddy!!!! Sadly it was very meh. But they will always have my heart with their double western bacon cheeseburger!!!! It is, in my opinion, one of thee best burgers money can buy. My go to order every time is a double western bacon Cheeseburger, fried zucchinis, and a poweraid. I am never left unsatisfied, and I can promise you wont be either.

I ordered from the app, thinking it would be quicker, and easier, after working all day, I ordered 2 combo meals, along with 2 desserts. After waiting a good 15 minutes prior to even leaving my house, I arrive to the drivethru with only 1 vehicle in the drivethru, and no other customers, I am informed that they just received my order, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I parked per requested, waited another 5-10 minutes to get my order. After I arrived back home, I discovered that not only were the fries cold and greasy, but I didn’t receive any of my deserts. I have tried calling the store several times that night and the following day. No one answers the telephone

We delivered boats to Bass Pro (next door), walked across to Carl Jr’s. Sweet young lady at counter. We waited about 10ish minutes for our food, (only ones in lobby, 1 car at window). We walked back to our truck (Freightliner). Not only was our biscuits Cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted, they were DRY. They tasted like they were Leftover from the previous day. We’ve delivered at Bass Pro in the past and always go to this Carl Jr’s and we’ve always had good food, but not this time. We both ended up throwing out biscuit out.

I went here to pick-up an Uber order but no one was responding. The store wasn’t closed yet. I got the attention of one lady inside who was mopping but came up to the window after I knocked on it. I showed her my order on my phone and she walked away and a few minutes later she came back and continued to mop without saying anything to me about my order. I knocked several more times and even called the store but she proceeded to ignore me. Beyond rude and unprofessional staff here. Do not come here if you are planning to eat.

As far as fast food burgers and fries go, pretty good. Can it match a gourmet or home-cooked burger? No, but the produce was fresh, the meat cooked well (as opposed to medium or medium rare), and the buns were soft. As far as the service goes, better than average. Pricing was fair. Most importantly, the joint was clean. I’ll go back.
