I went in with a huge order to feed a lot of people. A couple of the burgers were special orders. The guy working was very attentive and friendly, and he got our order exact. He even gave us a receipt before they made it so we could check and make sure he did it right. Great service!

I can’t “LIKE” this Carl’s Jr. Enough !! The meals represent such great value for my money, but the “REAL” pleasure to dine here is the staff. The “Ladies” are always so happy, fun and desirous to please this client/guest. I have recommended Carl’s to several of my friend and we all have experienced the same level of serviced. Great food, Great location, and Wonderful Staff !! Doesn’t get much better than this !!

Don’t bother going to this Carl’s Jr. They cut their portions and raised their prices to the point of basically stealing. I ordered a medium Santa Fe Chicken sandwich combo and a Crispy Chicken sandwich. What I got were 2 sandwichs would make McDonald’s look good and and just enough fries to make a laughing stock of every employee there. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Wonderful food. unfortunately, the staff was very unpleasant. Staff just wanted to shove food out the window and over counter and earn a paycheck. Just didn’t seem to appreciate customers coming in. Unless you were a local.

I’ve been eating at Carl’s for 40 years, from Superstars in California to a Frisco thick burger at Hardee’s in Florida it’s usually consistent. Well this location needs to try a little harder. It’s located in a truck stop so they are inordinately busy some days. However that doesn’t excuse the poor customer service I receive every time I’m there. The management needs to step up.

Update- the GM called me and was very nice. She is A1 called me immediately after I placed my complaint and apologized for her employee. Her voice and tone was so calming I wasn’t even mad anymore. I had to come back to edit my post. The morning GM is amazing and she is sincerely a gem at that store! Give 2 days PTO she deserves it.
