This was a horrible visit. The floors are disgusting and the playground is in disrepair. There is a flickering light and the doors look scratched up. The foam protecting the kids from the metal in the playground is falling off. The building looks old and damaged. The ceiling has cracks in it and there are pieces missing from the floor. The playground is dark and feels haunted. This place feels abandoned and uncared for. We are not going to be coming here for a long time.

I really wish they would teach their cooks how to make a proper sourdough burger. I always special order my western bacon on sourdough, and EVERY time they slather butter on it but don’t grill it!! so I end up toasting it myself once I get home. Sourdough should be GRILLED!

I went through the drive-through with my coworker. I ordered a beyond famous star no dairy, add guacamole. And they gave me a famous star, no guacamole, even though we paid for it, and he forgot the fact that we had ordered drinks as well at the window. I asked for no dairy for the fact that I don’t eat dairy and or beef anymore so they gave me the wrong burger and they didn’t put what we paid for on the burger. I won’t go back to that Carl’s junior again.

Was in drive thru only car in line. Two combos one wrong. Instead of guacamole bacon burger I got jalapeno burger. First time I tried calling it rang over two minutes to have someone hang up. Tried calling second time know answer. Two have again some one hang up. Im calling as I’m writing this. No answer I two be hung up on again. I was on my way home from work . Gosh this sucks I’m to tired to drive all the way back there. Yes my order was right on the screen and the receipt.
