I literally just had the worst experience I go to the drive-through because I’m like oh I haven’t had Carl’s Jr for a while and I’m thinking I want to get a chicken sandwich mid pricey but the quality of the chicken is absolutely absurd who does not make sure expired chicken goes into the waste my chicken was so hard and this is supposed to be a hand breaded chicken sandwich it’s supposed to be full of life great quality and crispy and I did not receive any of that my fries were already cold and jalapeno poppers are not even as hot as they should be I feel like I was microwaving them in a microwave I don’t know exactly what to do about the situation I hope there are some way to make this right I mean I literally spent $16 on my meal I mean you would think chicken of all things would be cooked fresh and properly. I am so disappointed this option of chicken on the menu should be exactly as advertised

Drove through and ordered a hand breaded jalapeno chicken sandwich ina combo as well as a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The jalapeno chicken had no jalapenos, the bun was hard as a rock and there was no sauce. The fries were ice cold. The spicy chicken was hard and stale. We tried to call twice and got no answer. Worst service and food ever. Will not recommend to anyone.

Pretty expensive for what you get. But, everywhere is like that. Paid extra for lemonade instead of sodas in both meals, but the cups were smaller than what the soda would have been. $23 for two single pattie cheeseburger meals, nothing fancy. Out of fry sauce and Ranch. All they had was bbq. Last time the soda machines didn’t work, but we still paid full price for the meals. Went and bought a 2 liter at Albertsons. Visited for a Dr. Appt., Don’t have a Carl’s JR at home. Not sure if I’ll go back next time or not.

Highly disappointed, ordered a famous star meal and the hamburger patty was so hard and overcooked I couldn’t eat it. What really gets me is the cook had to of known it was way overcooked AND STILL put it on the bun and serve it to me at the drive thru and that cost me $10 and to top it off no one answers the phone

Multiple times now, we have tried to come here for food well before closing and when we pull up to the drive through we are told by people that are still inside working that they are closed. They literally have a sign on the speaker and one in front of the store that says open until 10pm… Tonight, after being turned away once again, we leave and try call the store to talk to a manager to check and see if they need to update their hours or check on their employees and no one answers… At this point, we simply won’t come back to this location, and from reading the other reviews I wouldn’t recommend you go here either.

Ordered double western .( First I used to work at one) complete garbage meat had to be sitting in tray at least 1 hour onion rings hard as heck. Total waste of my money . Again I don’t want nothing for free. Garbage not following corporate guidelines all food severed to me should have been thrown out at least 1/2 ago. I wanted to smash burger in the managers face. I hope the Carl’s Jr goes bankrupt. Don’t believe me . Go try . And I like Carl jr’s food .but this disrespectful . No excuse

This was the 3rd place we finally found someone working at their job . The food costs too much, there wasn’t anything other then Fries to eat no fish only hamburgers. Sorry , but not everyone eats hamburgers

To start my experience they hadn’t put the bottom pieces on the drink machine so I got sprayed with coke mix and carbonated water, that was the best part of my experience. I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, it came with egg which I hate. The biscuit was soooo dry it crumbled when I attempted to pick it up. The hash browns were decent and the cinnamon roll was ok but very dry and did not taste fresh. I would take a hard pass at this restaurant.
