I love going to Carl’s Jr I think the food is great if it’s made fresh I absolutely love the Santa Fe Chicken lettuce wrapped and I love the fried zucchini. However on this particular day though the food was good it took it way too long to come out of the kitchen my husband and I sat at a table for a good 20 minutes to 30 minutes before our food finally came out. And there was nobody in the restaurant. Just a couple of cars in the Drive-Thru. I’m not really sure what was going on this day. The young man who helped us was very courteous and very well mannered. I could tell he was concerned but whatever was happening with our food was out of his control. At any rate when we finally got our food it was still good or at least mine was my husband did not enjoy his as much he ordered the Diablo Burger which was really good the last time he had it at the same location. Mine was still very good. Great place for good tasting fast food I think the only issue that day was staff and possibly management that day. I would still recommend going here.

2 out of 4 things we ordered were messed up and the food not messed up was not good anyways. My husband ordered their bacon & Swiss chicken sandwich, when we got home he went to eat it and there was only chicken and mayo on an overly chewy bun, no bacon, no cheese. They also messed up my son’s kids burger as well. All the burgers had super chewy squished buns and stale fries. We will never try eating there again. I should have listened to my 7 year old and went to McDonald’s instead!

Absolutely horrible service! Not only did they get our 3 of our 5 meals completely wrong, but our entire order, $50 worth of food, was covered in fry sauce! Everything was drenched, soggy, and disgusting. When I called the store to request a refund, the manager, was extremely rude. He even suggested that we must have tipped the bag, it must have been our fault that the fry sauce spilled. Besides the fact that the bag was so big that it never left my lap, the fry sauce should be contained by the lids, it should not be seeping out everywhere! He accepted no responsibility, offered no apology for the horrendous errors and lack of service. Definitely won’t be going back there!

Usually quite a clean place to eat. The food always tastes great. They carry coke products to drink. Also, they offer fry sauce! Yes! However, they usually only have 1 person on staff in the mornings, which is odd and makes the service slow. Good place to stop!
